Common questions
How long does setup take?
Connecting Stripe takes a few minutes through OAuth. After that, you add one script tag to your site and set your commission terms. Most customers record their first referral click the same day.
Do affiliates need their own Sentalong account?
No. You send an invite link, they choose a handle for their referral link, and they get access to your branded portal. To your affiliates, the program looks and feels like yours — Sentalong stays in the background.
What happens when a referred customer refunds?
The associated commission reverses automatically on the next statement. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from the affiliate's future earnings. There is nothing to reconcile manually.
Can I migrate from Rewardful or FirstPromoter?
Yes. We import your affiliates, historical referrals, and unpaid balances by CSV or API. Existing referral links can be redirected so no affiliate's link breaks during the migration.
Why is pricing flat instead of a percentage of commissions?
